1. Do you have to pay for parking?
No. Parking is free and there is plenty available.
2. What is a R.I.P. Ticket?
R.I.P. is simply a play on words - a Rest in Peace ticket instead of a V.I.P. ticket. A R.I.P. ticket will allow you to skip the outdoor queue line.
3. Are group discounts available?
Of course! Treat your child and their friends for their birthday. How about a company teambuilder? Church group looking for a fun event? What better way to share laughs with your group then with a bunch of clowns? To book your group event call 206-465-6216.
4. Do you have a refund policy?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds.
5. Can I get a refund if the haunt proves too much for me?
Guests enter at their own risk. Should the attraction prove to be a little too much, security personnel will be more than happy to help you quickly exit the haunt, however refunds will not be offered.
6. Will there be strobe lights and fog?
Yes.
7. Will the actors touch me?
Absolutely not. We have a strict "no touching" policy and that goes for both actors and guests.
8. Can I take photographs?
Yes, you can take photos outside in the queue line, however we do not allow any photos or video to be taken inside the haunt.
9. Can I bring my pets?
I wouldn't advise it. The clowns are especially fond of the taste of certain ones. They don't seem to fancy service dogs however and therefore those are just fine.
10. Can I go through the haunt more than once per ticket?
Yes, your ticket price is good for the evening.
11. What age is appropriate for the Clown Cemetery?
Clowns love kids of all ages, however no child under 10 has ever made it out alive unless they were accompanied by an adult. So please plan to accompany any children under 10.
12. Are there any restricitons to attending the Clown Cemetery?
The haunt is not recommended for women in the late stages of pregnancy, people with heart problems, or those prone to seizures. Strobe lights and fog are in use throughout the haunt. Please note that Haunted Night reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove from the property, anyone that behaves in a violent or disruptive manner. Clown Cemetery rules are posted throughout the grounds and upon entering the property everyone is expected to follow these rules. In addition, anyone under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol will be not be tolerated and will be removed by Security. No Refunds will be given. Haunted Night has taken every reasonable precaution to make this event safe.
13. Is the Clown Cemetery handicap accessible?
Yes.
14. Is the Clown Cemetery easy to find?
Well...it's a piece of cake after you've been there once. Jump Planet is located just off I-405 and Bothell-Everett Hwy, however there are a few immediate turns off the freeway. You may want to take two seconds to visit the Directions page and get familiar with the 4 turns that will be needed once exiting I-405. There will be plenty of A-boards with arrows as well.
